Cancellation and refunds

For native subscriptions, open Manage subscription in You2Chef or use the subscription settings in the original App Store/Google Play account. Account deletion does not cancel these store subscriptions. Request store refunds through Apple or Google; statutory rights remain unaffected. Store-verified refunds, revocations and expiry remove the associated You2Chef entitlement; another valid subscription is unaffected.

Cancelling You2Chef Super

You can cancel at any time; Super stays until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

• Telegram Stars: Telegram → Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions → You2Chef → Cancel.
• iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or You2Chef → Settings → You2Chef Super → Manage subscription.
• Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Web: You2Chef → You2Chef Super → Manage subscription (opens Stripe's customer portal), or on link.com with the email you paid with.

Deleting your You2Chef account also cancels a Telegram Stars or web subscription (a web subscription ends at once); App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled there.

Switching between Super and Family

On the web, Stripe charges or credits the difference pro rata when you switch. With Telegram Stars, buying Family stops the renewals of your Super, which then runs out at the end of its period.

Refunds

• Telegram Stars: send /paysupport to the You2Chef bot and tap Refund my last payment. Your latest payment is refunded in full, back to your Stars balance, if it is no older than 14 days; Super ends at once. The button works once a year per Telegram account; for anything else write to bartholdicamille@gmail.com with the date of the payment, and we will answer within 14 days.
• Web: purchases on the web are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Ask within 14 days of a payment, either through Link support or by writing to bartholdicamille@gmail.com, and we refund it under this policy (we can refund in Stripe's dashboard). Stripe/Link may also refund within 60 days in some cases.
• Gifts: refundable within 14 days of the purchase only while they have not been redeemed (Stars: /paysupport; web: as above). A refunded gift code stops working.
• App Store and Google Play: Apple and Google decide refunds for purchases in their stores: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.

Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers)

If you live in the EEA or the UK and buy Super or Super Family with Telegram Stars, you may withdraw from the new subscription within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason: use /paysupport or write to us (a clear statement is enough, for example: "I withdraw from my You2Chef Super subscription bought on [date]"). We refund the payment within 14 days, in the same means you paid (Stars). This applies even if you already used the self-service refund that year. For purchases on the web, withdraw through Link support or by writing to us; Stripe/Link, the seller, applies the cooling-off period and we refund you in Stripe; for purchases through Apple or Google their withdrawal process applies.

Swiss law gives no general right of withdrawal for online purchases; the 14-day refund above applies to everyone anyway.

When something does not work

If Super does not work although you paid, write to us; we fix it or refund the period affected.

You2Chef Super kündigen

Du kannst jederzeit kündigen; Super bleibt bis zum Ende der bezahlten Zeit und verlängert sich nicht.

• Telegram-Sterne: Telegram → Einstellungen → Meine Sterne → Abonnements → You2Chef → Kündigen.
• iPhone und iPad: Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements, oder You2Chef → Einstellungen → You2Chef Super → Abo verwalten.
• Android: Google Play → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos.
• Web: You2Chef → You2Chef Super → Abo verwalten (öffnet Stripes Kundenportal), oder auf link.com mit der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du bezahlt hast.

Das Löschen deines You2Chef-Kontos kündigt auch ein Telegram-Sterne- oder Web-Abo (ein Web-Abo endet sofort); Abos im App Store und bei Google Play musst du dort kündigen.

Zwischen Super und Family wechseln

Im Web berechnet oder erstattet Stripe beim Wechsel die Differenz anteilig. Mit Telegram-Sternen beendet der Kauf von Family die Verlängerungen deines Super, das am Ende seiner Laufzeit ausläuft.

Rückerstattung

• Telegram-Sterne: Sende /paysupport an den You2Chef-Bot und tippe auf Letzte Zahlung erstatten. Deine letzte Zahlung wird vollständig auf dein Sterne-Guthaben erstattet, wenn sie höchstens 14 Tage alt ist; Super endet sofort. Die Schaltfläche funktioniert einmal im Jahr pro Telegram-Konto; für alles andere schreibe an bartholdicamille@gmail.com mit dem Datum der Zahlung, wir antworten innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
• Web: Käufe im Web werden über Link, Stripes Händlerdienst (Merchant of Record), verkauft. Fordere die Erstattung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach einer Zahlung an, über den Link-Support oder indem du an bartholdicamille@gmail.com schreibst; wir erstatten nach dieser Richtlinie (über Stripes Dashboard). Stripe/Link können in manchen Fällen auch innerhalb von 60 Tagen erstatten.
• Geschenke: innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf erstattbar, nur solange sie nicht eingelöst sind (Sterne: /paysupport; Web: wie oben). Ein erstatteter Geschenkcode funktioniert nicht mehr.
• App Store und Google Play: Über Erstattungen für Käufe in ihren Stores entscheiden Apple und Google: reportaproblem.apple.com oder der Bestellverlauf bei Google Play.

Widerrufsrecht (Verbraucher in EWR und Vereinigtem Königreich)

Wohnst du im EWR oder im Vereinigten Königreich und kaufst Super oder Super Family mit Telegram-Sternen, kannst du das neue Abo innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen: über /paysupport oder indem du uns schreibst (eine eindeutige Erklärung genügt, etwa: „Ich widerrufe mein am [Datum] gekauftes You2Chef-Super-Abo"). Wir erstatten die Zahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen mit demselben Zahlungsmittel (Sterne). Das gilt auch, wenn du die Selbst-Rückerstattung im selben Jahr schon benutzt hast. Bei Käufen im Web widerrufst du über den Link-Support oder indem du uns schreibst; Stripe/Link als Verkäufer wendet die Widerrufsfrist an, und wir erstatten über Stripe; für Käufe über Apple oder Google gilt deren Widerrufsverfahren.

Das Schweizer Recht kennt kein allgemeines Widerrufsrecht für Online-Käufe; die 14-Tage-Rückerstattung oben gilt trotzdem für alle.

Funktioniert Super trotz Zahlung nicht, schreib uns; wir beheben es oder erstatten den betroffenen Zeitraum.
